It's spring

Even in Northern Norway!

And I realized it's been a long time since I sat in the park and made out with my girl-friend. I think it's time to go to the park (and change from snowtires to regulars)

Family

...got to love them. Most of the time anyway.

I bet this happens to alot of you on a daily basis and it's really annoying.

My sister when she introduces my to her friends:

Sister: This is my sister Betty and she's a lesbian
Unknown: Ah, really. So is my sister/brother/ex/friend/cousin +++ blah blah blah
Me: seriously! Is that the most interesting thing you can say about me? Stop it you moron!

Coming out is better when you leave it to pro's

Let's establish some common ground

Since I don't remeber my first time coming out I thought I'd write about the "biggest" one.

This was a couple of years ago at the Military Academy. The two class that year consisted of 48 students, divided into 6 teams. Both classes of freshmen were every Tuesday morning gathered in the audiotorium for the one of the teams presentation about a random subject. My team consisted of 7 guys and me. This was our second presentation and we had no idea what to talk about. The first time we had been really serious and talked about foreign politics, so we wanted to loosen up a bit...

So what should we talk about this time? The discussion went on and on, but no one had any really good subjects that we all felt we could engage in. There had already been 6 presentation of this kind so we weren't going to rediscover the wheel.

Anyway, finally we decided to talk about something we all had in common.

So here's my introduction from memory:

"Good morning everybody!
Our team struggled to find a subject for this early Tuesday morning. So we put our brains together to find some common grounds and something we all could relate to.
But we're from different parts of the country, we're not all of the same sex, we have different background regarding education and work experience."

"So what could we do? Well, there's one thing we all have in common.
Any suggestions (asks audience)?"

Silence from the floor.
"Women! What can I say? We all prefer women"
Followed by a roar of laughter, some jaws dropping (on of our teachers didn't quite get at first) and applause.

And so I passed to mic on to one my team-mates and sat down.

Welcome to my new blog!

I've decided to start blogging in the universal language of English. It's not my mother tongue, so I can't guarantee that this will be perfect...

Just to put things straight, I'm not and this will be a highly TSG blog. Meaning: That's so gay! Since I'm gay, and most likely you are to, let's cut the crap and concentrate on everything gay!

For the record I only blog when I'm irritated. And being the hothead I'm, it's quite often.

Enjoy.
